1. JSE listed retailer (November 2009 to present): Executive assessment, executive coaching, team development and facilitation, strategy facilitation, Organizational Development professional consulting as needed.

2. London listed energy/oil company (April 2006 to October 2006): Leadership assessment of executive team, followed by 6 month executive coaching and team facilitation to support succession planning and leadership development.

3. JSE listed FMCG (alcohol beverages) company (March 2006 to March 2012 6 year assignment): Delivery of Coaching for Performance skill development workshops and Coaching for Leaders programs to executive and management teams throughout South Africa. This includes development of clear on the line coaching metrics and linkage to company performance management and leadership development systems.

4. Local manufacturer of Tokyo listed automotive parts industrial company (May 2009 to August 2011): Enterprise wide delivery of Coaching for Performance coaching skill development workshops, supported by coaching circles for each level of management. Results linked to overall leadership development support within the company.

5. Local manufacturer for New York listed FMCG (soft-drinks) company (July 2007 to November 2010): Delivery of fully integrated organizational development programme, including development of an enterprise performance management system, delivery of enterprise wide change program (including leadership development, leadership assessments, executive coaching, Coaching for Performance line management coaching capability building).

6. JSE listed retailer (May 2007 to August 2007): Delivery of facilitated team development workshops, coaching circles and Leading Change workshop to development leadership capability of executive team.
