Gavin is an Executive Coach specializing in Cognitive and Solutions-Focused psychological approaches and Systems Thinking.

He graduated from Southampton University in 1988 with a BSc (Honours) in Politics and International Studies and became a corporate tax specialist with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In 2007 Gavin completed a Graduate Diploma in counselling, coaching and facilitation at the South African College of Applied Psychology and joined The Coaching Company as a Junior Consultant.

Gavin has a particular professional interest in HIV, and is a director of an NGO called Positive Heroes, which empowers people living with HIV. He also lectures the HIV Counselling Skills course at The South African College of Applied Psychology.
