Gavin Shaskolsky works as an Executive Coach and Group Facilitator with a particular focus on Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management and Corporate Transformation.

He holds Bachelor of Business Science and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town, is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, and has a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching from The Coaching Centre.

Gavin's professional focus is on the accelerated development of people and organisations and he is particularly interested in creating sustainable change in performance and leadership.

Gavin has worked in South Africa and internationally with global organisations, governments and NGOs at the Executive and Director level.

He currently lectures in coaching, facilitates coaching supervision groups and has assisted in developing coaching programmes at the South African College of Applied Psychology.

Gavin has also worked in the field of Conflict Resolution and Transformation for over seven years, and is an accredited mediator through the Centre for Conflict Resolution (CCR).
