Kim is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist who has been in the consulting field for the past twelve years. Kim specializes in psychometric assessment, training, development, and is a specialist consultant on executive performance.

She has worked in the South African corporate sector and with private clients in the United Kingdom, Namibia and Australia.

Kim has a B.Com Honours degree specialising in Training and Development from Rand Afrikaans University (cum laude), and a Masters of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town (majoring in Industrial Psychology).

She is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
