Racheal Govender practices as an Executive Coach, Corporate Facilitator and Human Capital Management Consultant. Racheal is a registered Industrial Psychologist, with extensive experience in Human Resource Management at Old Mutual, where her internal corporate clients held senior management and executive positions.

Racheal has obtained her Bachelor of Arts in UNISA, and a Honours in Psychology, and a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology both obtained at the University of Durban Westville.

She has also studied at the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business and has completed the Coaching Core Essentials and the Advanced Coaching Certification at Coach U in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Racheal is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, and the International Coaching Federation.
