Sarah Legodi is a qualified registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council Of South Africa and practices as an Executive Coach. She obtained her coaching qualification at the VIP Leadership and Strategic Coaching Institute.

Sarah served as a professional teacher with the Department of Education, Arts and Culture for eight years where she used to to offer amongst other academic subjects, career guidance and support to grade 12.

In 2002 she joined Old Mutual and was involved in leadership development, change management and organizational development (incorporating talent and performance management). She has extensive experience as an Industrial Psychologist and business coach in supporting employees, especially in respect of enhanced interpersonal skills, increased motivation and morale, increased self-confidence and improved decision-making skills.
