Sue works with private and corporate clients as a Coach, Mentor and Facilitator. She has specialist skills in marketing, promotion and team effectiveness.

Sue is an Executive Coach and Facilitator specializing in Change Management and Team Effectiveness.

Before returning to South Africa in 2006, Sue enjoyed a 20-year career in the Entertainment Industry, working at both operational and executive levels in the UK and US and travelling globally.

Her years within large, multinational organizations enabled Sue to amass a wealth of corporate insight and experience in strategic business management, leadership and people development.

She has developed a specific interest in assisting both the individual and the business to fulfil their creative potential through evaluating the entire system in which they operate and designing specific solutions to meet their particular needs.

In 2007 Sue completed a Diploma in Coaching, Counselling and Facilitation at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) before joining The Coaching Company as a Consultant.
